I joined the Technical Team during the 2024–25 academic session, where I had the opportunity to contribute to large-scale university events while continuously developing both my technical and professional skills. This journey was much more than volunteering—it was about teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and learning how technology supports the successful execution of major events. --- ## My Responsibilities As a member of the Technical Team, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of technical operations during university events. My responsibilities included: - Managing stage technical operations - Handling audio and presentation systems - Coordinating projection and display equipment - Supporting event execution from the technical control room - Assisting the organizing committee with technical troubleshooting - Working closely with different teams to ensure seamless event management These responsibilities taught me how critical technical planning and coordination are behind every successful event. --- ## Managing Utkarsh – BBD University's Annual Cultural Festival One of the biggest highlights of my journey was contributing to **Utkarsh**, the flagship annual cultural festival of Babu Banarasi Das University.
